- Symlink mounted instructions to workspace .github/instructions
- Add .github/instructions to gitignore
Allow manual triggering of the CLI R2 workflow to rebuild the
cloudflare-template artifact. This is needed for the republish script to
rebuild main.tar.zst when republishing accidentally unpublished sites.
Changes:
- Add workflow_dispatch trigger with optional ref input (defaults to
'main')
- Upload artifact as main.tar.zst when building main branch
- Fix checks job to use correct artifact path for workflow_dispatch
- Skip delete-github-deployments for workflow_dispatch (no branch to
clean up)
- Remove local mounts from devcontainer.json

* This PR fixes an issue where `pnpm` was not being correctly installed
or configured within the Devcontainer environment when using
`postinstall.sh`.
* This was causing errors during container startup and when running
`pnpm` commands inside the Devcontainer.
* The fix ensures `pnpm` is properly set up in `postinstall.sh`,
resolving the Devcontainer setup issue.
## Steps for reproduction
1. Start the Webstudio Devcontainer.
2. Expect the Devcontainer to start successfully without `pnpm` related
errors.
3. Verify that `pnpm` commands can be executed correctly within the
Devcontainer terminal (e.g., `pnpm --version`).

✓ { scenario:old_o }...........: avg=5.5s min=4.55s med=5.12s max=15.58s
p(90)=5.44s p(95)=6.02s p(99)=12.87s count=31
2 times faster. (but highly depends on test times, project size etc
sometimes it's 6x difference)
Reduces patch time too.
