here enabled publishing minified version of it
so users who self-hosting websites could deploy.

We often forget to publish CLI packages after release and get some bug
reports from users because of it.
Here invoked publishing along with release generation when tag is
pushed.
The version is taken from release name and
will no longer be committed to repo.
Gonna test it once merged.
Main reason is github sends tags in alphabetical order so changelog
generated from very old accidental tag like `diff` from mistyped `gt
diff` command.
I dropped all such tags. Though semver is another thing which can
guarantee correct tag lookup. Let's try this for next release.
Here added workflow to automatically create release when tag is pushed
to the repo.
