fingerprinting detection), causing form submissions to silently fail.

Remix incorrectly navigates hashes and clear search params. Here fixed
this by using native `<a>` and tweaked the logic in builder.
Test navigating hashes (when search params are present) in builder and
on published site.
Here added one more description file for components `*.template.tsx`.
It is decoupled from component meta to fix the issue with some templates
like Sheet being treated as components though we don't have actual
components with this name.
Another reason is have it separately to not include builder specific
code and dependencies into CLI and published websites. Template package
is defined as optional in peer dependencies meta.
In this PR migrated only Button and List as examples. There is still not
support for data sources and styles.
Added support for text placeholders in children
Here removed remix sdk from builder and moved all extra props and meta
to react sdk. This completely decouples components from remix
implementation so we can map other frameworks to these props.
Here replaced esbuild with vite for building sdk-components packages.
Vite can be configured to output preserved structure instead of bundling
everything into single module which hurts treeshaking a lot.

Here split everything imported from react-sdk by published sites into
separate entry point react-sdk/runtime.
The result in ssg fixture is the following

Here changed a few things
- replace WebhookForm action prop with resource, which is sent with
hidden field instead of instance id
- prevented generating method and action in client side code
- generate "action" resource instead of form properties for server
action prop is replaced only inside cli to not require support in
builder yet, in the future this can be part of client migrations
Here improved our checks. No longet rely on "checks" script but run
"test" and "typescript" scripts from each package in monorepo.
Would also make each package less boilerplaty.
