Allow to add `backface-visibility` property in the transforms section.
`hidden` is not possible on the `backface-visibility` property. Because
it takes only `visible` or `hidden` as value. The other way to simulate
hidden is to reset the value to `visible` because that's the default
value for property. But i don't think it's really needed to manage this.

2. Select `Backface Visibility`
3. This will add the property and show the value in the transform layer

Fixes the bug related to updating values for `scrub` and `key strokes`.
@TrySound @kof was there anything changed in the
`CSSValueInputContainer` or something recently. Because, i see the
values are `unit` values when it is scrub and key down. But it's sending
the whole parsed value when it is just a `onChange` update. Faced a
similar issue in #3812 too.
Steps to reproduce
- Add a transition layer.
- Change the values inside the delay and duration using scrub
- Now, try to repeat the same using key up and down arrows.
- The values will reset back to the original values.

1. when show was not set before, its undefined and needs to be treated
as false
2. when instance has no properties at all, show prop needs to be created

1. test with a new instance that has no properties e.g. body
2. test with an instance that had never set show to true or false, so
its undefined
