Bogdan Chadkin 33d3dbc546 refactor: prepare remix types (#3075) 
Here replaced LoaderArgs and ActionArgs with LoaderFunctionArgs and
ActionFunctionArgs to simplify bump with remix v2 which changed named of
these types.
