Here unflagged element component in components panel and html paste.
Additionally
- migrate link template to html element
- added :local-link state to links which is replaced with
[aria-current=page] when css is generated, sadly not yet supported in
any browser
- migrated many templates from legacy components to html elements
- put tailwind paste behind flag
- removed non-unit values from browser styles
- merged browser styles and unit sizes into single store; both objects
used in cize conversion
- use typed cssom to parse units instead of custom parser (sorry
firefox)

refactored css parser to output hyphenated property instead of camel
case and added camelCaseProperty utility which does the opposite of
hyphenateProperty.

Turned out text-wrap-style got removed but supported alternative
text-wrap: wrap was not generated instead.
Now all should work.
Also removed invalid text-wrap-mode: auto

Here added a few improvements to repeated style to handle variables
properly. For now all changes affects only backgrounds section.
- single layer can use css variable with multiple gradients
- with multiple layers each can have css variable with single gradient
- when single variable inside multiple layers has multiple gradients all
thumbnails become transparent, it should be and indicator of invalid
gradients
- fixed toggling hidden considering variables
- fixed deleting layers considering variables
- now when single layer has variable with multiple gradients only first
gradient can be deleted or toggled
Ref https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/3399
Here added support for computing css variables inside layers and tuples
to support cases like
```css
transition-timing-function: var(--ease), var(--ease-in);
```

Initially css variable fallback was defined in schema as array though
it's actually a single value by spec and may contain commas. We don't
have css variables in data yet so should be safe to change schema before
too late.

## Description
We discovered this repository of awesome system fonts with fallbacks,
well organized.
https://github.com/system-fonts/modern-font-stacks
Assumption here is that most people don't actually need a very specific
font rendered, but rather need a type of a font and they are perfectly
fine with fallbacks, but without this awesome, tested fallbacks list,
how can you know which fallback to use.
With this we will encourage more people to use system fonts.

fixes#3963
## Description
Adds `offset-position` property to be available under the advanced
section. Of all the `offset-*` properties. Looks like only `position` is
marked as experimental in `mdn-data`. But, according to can-i-use. It
seems it has a fair amount of support among browsers.

## Steps for reproduction
- Add `offset-position` property under the advanced tab.
- check for description of the property.
- Ability to reset the property from the advanced tab.

Here refactored value parser with literal parser
which can be reused in all functions, tuples and layers.
Color parser now relies on specific ast types.
Tuples are generated for all values with multiple nodes.
This all will let us build more universal parsers with less effort.
Here added universal support for css wide keywords. initial, inherit and
unset will be parsed the same way for layered properties and singular
properties.
It will never be part of layers and always be represented as root
keyword.

Here replaced shorthand background-position with
background-position-x and background-position-y
Added shorthand expander, migration and merger
for css engine to improve browser support for offsets.
fixes#3593
## Description
This PR
- drops the `parseTransition` for parsing shorthand transition property.
- allows migration of existing transition property to long-hands.
- drops parsing `transition` when added from advanced tab. Because if we
parse and add it as proper layers. It will get remigrated again every
time the app is loaded.
- Adds tests for parsing individual transition properties and even
parses timing functions as timing functions now.
- [x] there is a bug associated with expanding transitions from
shorthands #3608 . Once fixed we need to test the new `FunctionValue`
parsing behaviour.
## Steps for reproduction
- Any previous values of `transitions` should we migrated into new
approach and should be available in the style-panel for using them.

@TrySound i made some refactor to use individual properties as
long-hands instead of short-hand property. I am still yet to add tests
for the new handlers, since they need to be handled in a different way
now for transitions. But you can still play around with the current
setup.

Here refactored overflow UI to update "overflow-x" and "overflow-y"
longhands instead of "overflow" shorthand.
Removed "overflow" from advanced panel suggestions.
Added support for expanding overflow shorthand for webflow copy paste.
And implemented very basic migrations utility
which always run after data is loaded from server
and sends patch for expanding overflow longhands.
Patch is not sent when no properties are modified. Though eventually we
will need to support versioning to avoid executing old migrations.

Here upgraded to the latest mdn data and improved properties detection.
Excluded experimental and undocumented css properties.
- font-synthesis got longhands in mdn data
- background-position-x/y got excluded as experimental (though support

how to maintain them in the future

hyphenate-style-name utility is basically oneliner but requires to
install two packages. Considering we will switch to hyphenate property
naming by default, no reason to rely on this package.
Also switched to unprefixed property in css preview and property name
tooltips.
Just shows background-clip instead of -webkit-background-clip.
