Monorepo setup for storybook is very complicated, it has two major
problems
- it is very annoying to look for any link in commit status
- hard to upgrade comparing with single project setup
Here merged all storybooks into one in the root.

allows us to understand if an instance has text child.
With this knowledge we can place instances into components that don't
have text children and after them if they do.

Here fixed failing whole canvas when object is passed to image src or
link href. Both src and href are casted to string same way html does
with its props. It does not solve the issue universally but at least
covers most popular ones.
I forgot to add a link in the first revision. Will an href with "#"
work?

Turns out no-internal-imports did not forbid anything out of the box but
requires specifying specific folders to forbid. This does not scale well
and this rule mostly harms because requires either excluding each
package with submodules or suppressing it with comment.

Code Text component is designed to render code and in the future also to
add syntax highlighting. With this PR it won't be possible to treat it
like a Box any more and code will be entered using code property.
Benefit is: better UX for editing code and no unintended side effects
later with highlighting.

With new remix setup we may finally not need hoisted linker which makes

Bumped remix to v2 everywhere in CLI, fixtures and builder. Caught a lot
of type stuff. Runtime seem to work without changes. Removed
@vercel/remix and had to upgrade `remix-auth` packages.
Unable to test netlify and vercel from monorepo and need to have sdk
remix with updated remix. So will test after packages release.

## Description
When on canvas inside builder we need to always eager load images to
avoid this bug in latest chrome with cache turned off
## Steps for reproduction
1. turn off cache
2. add image component on canvas
3. see it renders as expected (loading lazy in settings is default, but
on canvas it renders as loading eager)
