## Description
This PR moves the parse-css-value utility that was before part of the
builder app to the css-data package.
In this package we are adding an initial `parse-css` utility that will take
CSS and convert to a format that we can work on within Webstudio. For
now it is relatively simple and it supports only CSS classes parsing.

- bumped all deps to use react 18
- storybook still somehow enforces react 17 (but not react-dom) so
forces with overrides until bump of storybook
- both storybook and remix still use legacy api so concurrent features
are not yet enabled. Will do in separate PRs
- fixed weird react-hot-toast error which expose function as renderable
type
- fixed a few untyped useCallback which failed with new react types
- sdk size became a little bigger
We probably don't need to have chromatic in dependencies.
Especially since the latest version is getting 20MB bigger
https://packagephobia.com/result?p=chromatic
Also removed builds from chromatic workflows, "source" export condition
allows to avoid it.
Here add check to have formatting always applied in case git hook was
ignored or not run for some reason.
Cached prettier for whole project is run within 2-3 seconds.

The new version got a lot of stuff enabled by default including the one
I didn't enabled before "dedupe-peer-dependents" which will make
packages upgrade so much easier.
- got rid of unused esbuild-node-externals package
- removed esbuild override/resolution to old version
- deduplicateed webpack 4 and 5 into single 4 instance
- upgraded esbuild to the latest version with "context" api instead of
incremental flag which potentially forces to fix the issue with remix
once they upgrade
Esbuild bump fixed the issue with remix going infinite watch loop after
any changes in packages and looks like esbuild in remix no longer blocks
parallel turbo run!!!

Webpack builder is very slow and hard to use becaause of it. It gave us
a lot of issues recently.
So here I migrated to vite builder. The experience is great. It caught a
bug in shallow-equal package, though fixed in latest release.
There was one issue with reload. When modify packages and rebuild
storybook watcher detects a lot of changes and goes into infinite loop.
Solved by importing packages sources directly with export conditions
vite allows to configure. Now any changes in packages can be reflected
in builder storybook without manual reload, restart and additional
watching.
We would get much better experience with remix if they allow to
configure this.
Also had to remove @storybook/addon-interactions which are incompatible
with vite builder.
Turbo is just an additional layer which starts pnpm which starts actual
dev scripts.
Here I removed turbo in favour of pnpm run --recursive --parallel Which
does the same and probably faster (at least when I start it feels less
laggy).

There are multiple problems with clipping to text:
1. it is only supported with vendor prefixed -webkit-background-clip
2. it doesn't work with CSS vars (not using them on canvas for this)
## Steps for reproduction

4. set background image src to some image
5. set color to transparent
6. set background-clip to text
7. Background image should be clipped to text

v8 is alpha is out
(https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/releases/tag/v8.0.0-alpha.0)
So we can prepare migration by enabling some options which gonna be
default in v8.
auto-install-peers=true
resolve-peers-from-workspace-root=true
Easier peer deps management, already cut part of duplicates in lockfile
save-workspace-protocol=rolling
Will add workspace dependencies without version, only caret
(workspace:^). We already faced issues because of it.
resolution-mode=lowest-direct
Will prevent unrelevant uprgades

We use very old version of turborepo which often fails. Here latest one
with persistent tasks for watch mode support.
We also need to enable remote caching to get turbo benefits on CI.
While the size of turbo repo grew. Since 1.3 a lot of artifacts for
unpopular systems were removed so we still get smaller node_modules.
```
du -ckd1 node_modules
-797528
+788132
```
Ref https://github.com/usmanyunusov/nano-staged
Lint-staged has a lot of dependencies and a few versions of the same
dependencies.
Nano-staged is smaller alternative used in many "nano" packages.
```diff
du -ckd1 node_modules
-766128
+763924
-900ms
+200ms
```
Husky have a few downsides
- requires additional .husky folder in the root
- configuration should be written to .husky folder
- changes default git config core.hooksPath to custom .husky
simple-git-hooks is simpler alternative used by many "nano" projects
- configurable with package.json
- use default .git/hooks

- all workspace dependencies are use with `workspace:^` protocol which
on publish is replaced with `^VERSION`. This will let us to upgrade
transitive packages in saas without shaman dancing around package.json
and lockfile.
- publish-to-npm script is replaced with `pnpm -r publish` which
recursively publishes all packages if version does not exist in npm
- dropped yarn lockfile
- setup corepack for pnpm and forbid yarn usage with "engines" field
- converted yarn lockfile into pnpm lockfile with `pnpm import` command
- replaced yarn with pnpm in scripts and github actions, had to use
custom cache to support corepack
This PR is only migration. Will use new pnpm features in other PRs.
```diff
du -ckd1 node_modules (yarn)
- 1125032
du -ckd1 node_modules/.pnpm
Install time (including cache downloads) in github actions reduced from
42s to 23s
This PR moves most of the Storybook configs into a single, private,
package that can be imported/required by your packages. It aims to keep
the config the same for all of them as much as possible - so, for
example, all of the packages are now using Webpack 5 in their
Storybooks.
Pnpm helped to find a few dependencies were missing in projects. Some
root deps with "*" versions restricted to simplify upgrade and prevent
unwanted upgrade while migrating to pnpm.
This PR builds on top of the work done in
https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio-designer/pull/519 and
introduces a root-level storybook that just aggregates all of the
per-package storybooks into one.
This allows you to have a single, convenient, URL to visit and browse
all of those existing storybooks at once. To access this storybook you
need to click on the `Details` link attached to the "Storybook Publish:
!webstudio-is/webstudio-designer" status check.
The current URL from this branch is available
[here](https://638affb61acca1e593c6e558-dksaophpxa.chromatic.com/) so
you can take a look at how this looks in practice.
This publishes all available Storybooks to Chromatic - this happens per
push so you will always be able to check out the current state of things
in those Storybooks.
Since you have a lot of Storybooks... this isn't quite convenient. I
plan to combine all of those Storybooks into a single one (a single
storybook that will reference all of those smaller ones). I'd like to do
that in a follow-up PR though - let's now focus on getting this up and
running.
Right now our build and CI take a lot of time. 1:40min - 2min on CI and
1min locally. We spend time on vercel, on main CI, on publish and
locally.
At the moment in packages anything outside of src folder is not checked
because of rootDir.
We have to generate "references" field on precommit.
All these issues can be avoided if remove .d.ts generation completely
and specify sources in "types" field. This way we get zero build time
for types and can switch to other build tool (like esbuild) for .js
generation and get almost instant build on vercel, on main CI and on
publish.
Downsides
- it can be slower (actually not really caz we delete .tsbuildinfo cache
anyway and we can still generate it with incremental flag)
- it contraditcs recommended practices for published packages (we can
generate .d.ts in publish script only and use "types" as source
internally)
