Oleg Isonen 597642ac2e fix: Accept numeric page status codes (#5915) ...

## Summary

- accept fixed page status codes as JSON numbers from 200 through 599
- preserve dynamic status expressions and backwards-compatible numeric
strings
- remove a stored status when the Builder input is cleared, while
leaving omitted status values untouched
- advertise the correct number-or-expression contract through runtime
and MCP schemas
- update CLI guidance and examples to use numeric status values
