Bogdan Chadkin 1e7ef26dc9 refactor: make inserting fragments copy composable (#2783) ...

Ref https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/2532

Here refactored insertInstancesSliceCopy to accept webstudio data
instead of creating transaction.

This let us avoid hacky callbacks in duplicate instance and duplicate
page functionalities.

Note: review with hidden whitespaces
