Bogdan Chadkin 302f5daa7f refactor: hardcode asset and upload path in builder (#4579) ...

We hardcoded asset base url in image loader.
Though locally different one is not resolved properly. So aligned local
and deployed image paths with /cgi/asset/ everywhere. Images are now
uploaded to public/cgi/asset locally.
