Bogdan Chadkin 3d3b7e6d80 Install missing deps and restrict ranges (#646) 
Pnpm helped to find a few dependencies were missing in projects. Some
root deps with "*" versions restricted to simplify upgrade and prevent
unwanted upgrade while migrating to pnpm.
