Bogdan Chadkin 7e80f18163 Drop tree table (#1147) ...

We moved all data to build and tree table no longer necessary.

- fixed writing instances on page creation (broke in my previous PRs)
- pages are no longer cloned on build cloning and preserve their ids
between builds
