Oleg Isonen 348d049ed2 fix: add authorization checks (#5622 )

closes https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/5621

to publishedBuilds and findManyByIds en…dpoints

- Add getProjectPermit check to publishedBuilds endpoint to verify user
has access
- Add userId filtering to findManyByIds to only return user's own
projects or approved marketplace templates
- Maintain belt-and-suspenders approach with both authType check and
permit verification

Webstudio Project

Project related functionalities. This was temporarily placed here to reuse between other packages, but we need to split this into separate packages and probably remove this package entirely or keep it only for "project" specific functionality.
