Oleg Isonen 2c20db0d01 fix: Parse font shorthand with variable families (#6551) ...

## Summary

- Parse `font-size / line-height` structurally so a custom-property font
family does not swallow the line-height.
- Add parser, shorthand-expansion, and fragment-insertion regression
coverage.
- Document the semantic conversion sequence for composite media,
preserving wrappers while deleting obsolete provider parts.
