## Description

- Removed PGBOUNCER var from vercel
- Renamed DATABASE_URL => DIRECT_URL
- Added DATABASE_URL using this

SAME MUST BE DONE ON SAAS TOO ON RELEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
