Bogdan Chadkin bf50c0c547 Move project build schema into separate package (#864 )

The new package will be responsible for schema and db access to all
build and tree data.

Decoupling will let us make sdk and project thinner.

Webstudio Project

Project related functionalities. This was temporarily placed here to reuse between other packages, but we need to split this into separate packages and probably remove this package entirely or keep it only for "project" specific functionality.
