Oleg Isonen c60f8d7eda fix: Improve topbar layout and responsiveness (#5613 )

- Remove fixed widths in topbar to allow flexible space distribution
- Add flexShrink: 0 to prevent button shrinking
- Adjust breakpoint container hide threshold from 640px to 800px
- Ensure ViewMode and SyncStatus icons don't shrink
