Bogdan Chadkin f67b0bd9b0 Expose form state change with action (#2295) ...

Internal data sources updates complicate code generation Here changed
forms too expose onStateChange action instead of implicit data source
update.

Added migration to add the action to every existing form. Tested locally
both new and migrated forms.
