Juan DenisandClaude Fable 5 de454527f5 fix(tests): docker-probe test patches the door, not the removed subprocess import ...

test_docker_probe_exception_is_unknown_not_absent monkeypatched
ips.subprocess.run — reaching through the service's namespace to the global
subprocess module, which only worked while install_profile_service still
carried its orphaned 'import subprocess'. The probe execs through
run_checked() since the door migration; the test now fails that door
directly, exercising the same except-Exception -> None (unknown) path.
