* docs: fix typos and grammar in README.md and SECURITY.md

Fix spelling errors (torwards, advantag, packeged, wlil), grammar
issues (bugs fixes, updated→updating, API's→APIs, makes→make),
broken multi-line markdown badge links, and minor wording corrections
(operations→operational, of→or, advisory's→advisories).

No content changes; formatting and copy-editing only.

Additionally, we have the `develop` branch. This is now an active Development

new features. We hope to be able to release this in early 2026. We have had

We have recently changed the minimum required PHP to 8.1+ for the Cacti 1.2.x
