Do not change the poller_id to 1 when marking deleted, handle re-purge a
bit differently as a result.

cigamit facfce5202 Resolve issues with Message Handling 
This was caused by a regression in the conversion of type to info.  Save
is_error_message() was broken completely as the is_error_message() was
designed for form_input_validate() and not for generalized messages.

Additionally:

- Enhanced the messages to show a color code based upon severity.
- Portuguese mis-spelled
- api_device_save() bug with plugin handling

cigamit e4e8e4cf07 More resolution to Issue #2070 
The only thing left is to ensure that automation is run when you are
running re-index from the main Cacti web site.  Also, to determine how
automation should run in batch mode since the re-indexing is not
preforming this in the background on the remote data collectors.

Paul Calabro 329ee1b46c Update api_device.php 
The only two documented fields required for the add_devices.php script are description and ip, however, form_input_validate is expecting a non-null value for the optional host_template_id field. This results in a "ERROR: Failed to add this device" error message.
