Part of multiple polling is to support either MySQL replication, or to
replicate tables requred for remote data collection. These changes will
enable the later method, but are not complete.
The replicate_tables in lib/poller.php function is designed to handle
each of the table replecation types. When complete, it will handle all
table replication based upon poller state.
There may be additional table schema changes to increase performance,
but those changes have not been validated yet.
note, the poller table is updated, see the cacti.sql, also the default
poller_id is now 1, so you need to review the file
install/0_8_8g_to_1_0_0.php for important changes.
Throws an sql error. Replace into cannot take a where statement.

devices should be created and graph automation rules executed with this
change. still need to validate tree rule creation. the scope include
initial device creation, and any network scanning.
- Merging automation Phase I which only includes the Autom8 plugin.
Phase II will included an enhanced discovery plugin.
- Also reworked the cacti_log function to specify a level in order to
streamline code
- Converted poller functions to still include Poller[xx], but all others
will not
