test(hack): run the release-prefix guard under cozytest.sh with yq

make unit-tests executes hack/*.bats through hack/cozytest.sh, which
has no `run` helper, so the guard aborted before inspecting a single
selector. It also depended on python3 and PyYAML, neither of which the
build dependencies or the unit-test job provide. Walk the definitions
with yq instead, as the neighbouring rd checks do, and fail when zero
selectors were inspected so a broken glob or query cannot pass.
