Ivan Okhotnikov e615ca9253 chore(kubernetes): drop remaining nodeGroups residue from docs and fixtures ...

Remove the orphaned kubernetes.nodeGroups doc comment, the stale kubelet
reservation / nodeGroups storageClass prose in the README, and the inert
nodeGroups blocks in the test value fixtures.
