IvanHunters 0c90abcedd test(rbac): cover the marketplace tap grants in the pinned RBAC suites ...

The tap flow added a packagesources delete grant and an ocirepositories read
grant to the cozystack-api ClusterRole, and taps to the tenant core.cozystack.io
grants. Both suites pin those lists on purpose, so move the count bound and
assert the new grants by name instead of leaving them uncovered.
