IvanHunters d1e0f41cbd refactor(marketplace): drop community-prefix naming in the dashboard

deriveTapName now yields the tap source id (tap-<org>-<repo>) that the server
assigns, and the community-prefix constant is gone. The Repositories view
labels a tapped source "external" rather than "community"; it already renders
a pending or blocked tap's message, which the server now returns for taps with
no materialized PackageSource yet.
