Bogdan Chadkin 33b7b7d9de Drop tree id from style sources (#1141 )

Ref https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio-builder/issues/1116

We are gonna get rid of trees and move all data to build. Local style
sources no need to be scoped to tree or page, they are scoped to single
instance.

Token scoping to page we can add later when style source manager is
ready.
