Bogdan Chadkin 4ddac0e7ff refactor: replace editor events with commands (#2508 )

Ref https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/2354

We are moving away from emitting events and subscriptions. Here migrated
lexical toolbar to canvas commands.

Command handlers rely on global active editor to update currently edited
instance.

In the future we can explore alternative way to synchronize text editor
between builder and canvas with yjs.
