Bogdan Chadkin 7f53be7b2d Add list item section to style panel (#2077 )

Here added new "List Item" section specifically for List and ListItem
components. Now user can cutomize list item markers for whole list or
per each item.

Changed behavior of Select Control to put current value into the list of
options if not present. This way display shows "List Item" instead of
nothing.
