Bogdan Chadkin 83f03e2254 Synchronize non-immerhin stores (#843 )

We often need to sync states between canvas and designer without sending
to server. Here added logic to synchronize whole states between frames.
Almost same as immerhin logic.

Here synchronized selectedInstanceId store.
