Bogdan Chadkin a04af45fa3 experimental: support element component in rich text (#5203 )

Ref https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/3632

Now when element rich text component is detected all children like bold,
italic, link etc are created with element component.

Old rich text components are still using legacy rich text content
components.
