Bogdan Chadkin cf5c6b9f29 refactor: use jsx to represent instances in tests (#3568 )

Added "@webstudio-is/sdk/testing" entry point with jsx utilities to
simplify instances representation.

React is used as runtime, then renderJsx traverse resulting tree and
converts into our data.
