Bogdan Chadkin f076352b29 Fix linked flex gap and replace icons (#737 )

Refactored linked (renamed from lock) gap. Watching values with effect
is replaced with changing row/column values in inputs callbacks.

Had to use css value input directly to maintain intermediate value for
both inputs while scrubbing.
