Oleg Isonen f20bd604d1 fix: Fix create and duplicate project (#2842 )

Closes https://github.com/webstudio-is/webstudio/issues/2841

## Description

Previews Dashboard preview image pr broke creation and duplicatin of
projects

## Steps for reproduction

1. create a new project
2. duplicate a project
