Aleksei Sviridkin 2f42cd6baf fix(rabbitmq): keep the topology operator on the plaintext management port
Setting spec.tls.secretName makes RabbitmqCluster.TLSEnabled() true, and
messaging-topology-operator derives its own connection from that:

    useTLSForConnection = TLSEnabled() && (!connectUsingHTTP || DisableNonTLSListeners())

connectUsingHTTP comes from CONNECT_USING_PLAIN_HTTP, which the shipped
Deployment does not set, so the expression collapses to TLSEnabled(). The
operator would dial https://<release>:15671 and verify it against
x509.SystemCertPool() — a process-wide pool that cannot contain a per-release
self-signed CA. Every User, Vhost and Permission this chart renders from users
and vhosts would fail with "certificate signed by unknown authority".

The failure is quiet, which is what makes it worth guarding: users already
applied to the broker keep working, so nothing looks wrong, while password
rotation, new users, new vhosts and permission changes all stop taking effect.

Annotate the cluster with rabbitmq.com/operator-connection-uri on the plaintext
management port when TLS is on. extractURIandScheme reports tlsEnabled=false for
an http:// scheme, so the operator keeps using the listener the chart
deliberately leaves open — that listener is load-bearing, not merely tolerated,
and the README now says so. Only the operator's management connection is
affected; broker traffic is untouched.

Also add the two-segment <name>.<namespace> SANs for both the client and headless
Services. That form resolves through the DNS search path, so a client connecting
to amqps://<name>.<namespace>:5671 reached the broker and failed only at hostname
verification — which presents as a certificate bug rather than a missing name.
