Aleksei Sviridkin 3a946f144e docs(cloudflare-tunnel): put a tenant Gateway on the class through edge mode
The platform now lets a tenant pick its Gateway class from an allowlist
and renders an edge-terminated TenantGateway for classes declared as
such, so a tenant's own Gateway can run on this class instead of only a
standalone one. Describe the two platform lists and the Tenant field
that get it there, what edge mode renders, and what it still cannot
carry. Neither list is declared by the package: both are an operator's
claim about the class, and the platform documents them that way.

Correct what the guide said about the route-hostname policy, which now
covers GRPCRoute and refuses hostname-less routes in tenant namespaces,
and about the proxy ServiceAccount token, which upstream stops mounting
in a release newer than the one vendored here. Describe removal under
the platform guard that refuses to leave a disabled Package running.
