Myasnikov Daniil f47bab7280 test(backups): fail CI on any default Strategy CR rendered without its CRD gate
The CRD gate has now been missed twice: MongoDB shipped without it, and
Kafka, RabbitMQ and Redis followed after it existed. helm-unittest only
checks the templates a case lists, so a new strategy-*-default.yaml
that forgets the gate stays green until an upgrade wedges.

Render the chart with the bucket gate open and no CRD served, and fail
on any strategy.backups.cozystack.io object from any template. Also
check that every rendered Strategy CR gates on the CRD this chart ships
for its kind, because a gate naming the wrong CRD passes the first
check and keeps the CR out of every live render.
