Here switched the rest of usages to acorn based expressions. Added
getExpressionIdentifiers utility to extract used variables names to
avoid using transpiler replaceVariable callback for this.

Our code generation with jsep has a big problem of not preserving
parenthesis entered by user. And jsep is not able to provide the
information.
As a solution I suggest to switch parser to acorn. It is 10 times bigger
than jsep but provides more strict parsing with location info for every
node. Here I use it to transpile simply with string manipulation which
does not touch spaces or parenthesis entered by user.

Here replaced Path Params variable with system variable in builder. Now
system always prefilled with `{ params: {}, search: {} }` to let user
always see the structure and not get confused with undefined.

Here improved perf of computing expressions in props and pages. Instead
of serializing all variables here added getters from variables map. So
there is less bottleneck when variable value is a huge object and
serialized with JSON.stringify and evaluated with new Function after it.
## Description
This PR adds a new `FunctionValue` type to the `css-engine`. This helps
in defining `blur(5px)`, `drop-shadow(10px 10px 10px red)` and
`translate3d(42px, -62px, -135px)` type of functions more clearly. There
is a flag in the `FunctionValue` with the name `seperator` which defined
that type of separator to be used while passing the function arguments.
In `css-tree` they use a `Operator` node. But we don't have something
similar to that in the schema. So, using a new flag to define it.

Here fixed the issue with navigating to dynamic paths. The page get full
reload because provided path does not match pages list and remix link is
not used.
Solved by using the following heuristic: use remix link when the path is
relative and not asset. It will cover manually specified link href or
computed with expression one.
Now we can remove pagePaths from generated code.

- Check full path including folder when checking for existing path
- Use suffix instead of prefix when duplicated path is found e.g.
/path-1 /path-2
## Steps for reproduction
1. create a page inside a folder
2. duplicate page
3. see that it gets a path and name with a suffix
4. same should happen when you duplicate an already duplicated page with
suffix - suffix should increase
