## What failed A JSON prop can be saved without a `value`. The publish runner then rejects the build, but the Builder was starting the publish request before its best-effort diagnostics completed, so the user could miss the cause in the Builder. ## Fix - Add a pre-publish audit finding for JSON props without a value, linked to the affected element. - Block cloud and static publish requests when local publish audit errors are present, so the Builder shows the diagnostic before any build starts. - Keep the CLI diagnostic as a fallback for builds published through older clients or direct API flows. ## Verification - Project-build pre-publish audit tests pass (11 tests). - Project-build and Builder typechecks pass. - Oxlint passes for the changed files.
