Oleg Isonen 6e174f4677 fix: require screenshot target in MCP schema (#6447 )

## Summary

- Declare that screenshot requires exactly one target: `url` or `path`.
- Add a regression test for the published MCP schema.

This addresses the schema mismatch reported in #6417. It does not
resolve the separate environment-specific Chromium `SIGABRT` report.
